The CollarEdge portfolio supports a wide range of wildlife protection applications. For large grazers like Bison, Highlanders and Buffalo please look at WisentEdge. For Elephant monitoring please look for ElephantEdge and ElephantFree. We also have a special collar for Baboon, called BaboonEdge, a tracker for wild horse called HorseEdge and BLE tags used with contact tracing called EdgeTag. Sheep can also be monitored with RangerEdge in combination with a regular sheep collar.

CollarEdge units a build to specific neck sizes. The CollarEdge versions that have a “top-unit”, need to be balanced, to ensure this “top-unit” has a optimal position for satellite transmission. The following size guide can be used to provide the correct collar size:

For the existing CollarEdge 38mm units we have designed a procedure to reinforce to top unit. This will make the top unit more robust and resistant to external forces. Check this manual and ask the Smart Parks team for guidance.
